Your market research was dead on! - Ron LeClair
/I am pleased with the way you handled the transaction and I know the other guys feel the same way. There were three things that stood out in my mind with respect to your professionalism in the real estate field:
- Your market research was dead on with respect to recommending a listing price. This was evidenced in my mind by the serious interest shown in the property and the multiple offers. While there will always be "low ball" offers on most properties, we received three very serious offers and to me, this proves the asking price was right on the money. I know that recommending an asking price involves considerable research coupled with a strong knowledge of the market in the area.
- The marketing of the property on the internet and especially the video. When I saw the video, I started wondering why we wanted to sell it. In any event, your strategy paid off as evidenced by the considerable interest and obvious excellent results.
- Your overall knowledge of different services in the area and your enthusiasm and willingness to assist us with anything we needed from picking up documents to recommending a lawyer, to recommending the "honey wagon" guy. You always seemed to have the answer to any questions we had and were ready to tackle any issue that came up.
In my view, these are the qualities that make for an excellent relationship between an agent and a client and I will have no problem in recommending you to a friend or acquaintance in the future should they require an agent in the Bancroft area.
