What really matters, besides getting the real estate transaction done? What really matters is witnessing that ‘moment in time’ when I’m able to assist two parties in coming to a satisfactory agreement which works for both parties in a fair and ernest way! Some call it a purchase, some call it a sale, it is actually called a ‘meeting of the minds’…resulting in a contract to buy or sell.

This ‘meeting of the minds’ occurs when two parties come to an agreement through a willingness on their part and with skillful guidance of an experienced negotiator. Thankfully, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing this very moment many times in my career! It is why I love what I do! The journey from the first introduction to a new client through to the signing of an acceptable deal is a great pleasure and privilege indeed!
