Hi. We're Sharon and Wayne. We've been living, loving, and selling Real Estate together for a long time. If you're looking for competent, genuine and experienced brokers, we're your team!

We are accredited Real Estate Brokers in Bancroft Ontario Canada. We're also married, in case you couldn't tell, and have been operating as real-estate-selling-dream-team for over 25 years. Our mission is to be a full-stop shop for customers who are ready to buy or sell property

1: An expert knowledge of the Region: Sharon was born and raised in this area and her family has been here for more than three generations. During her years of working with buyers and sellers, she has explored almost every part of the areas; the lakes, the rural land, the forested lands and the residential hubs. When she speak of a property, it is with knowledge and experience.

2: Highly Supportive Customer Service: We know that selling or buying real estate is a big decision and not undertaken easily. You need to know that you Real Estate Rep is in your corner and has your back. We will not let you make a mistake that could cause long-term problems. 3: Specialized and skilled negotiation guidance: Our job is to get you what you want, at the price you want and with the conditions you need. This requires the ability to negotiate, the see the other person’s needs and point of view and to work through them always with your interests in mind. During our  years in real estate, we have developed these skills and enjoy using them.

In addition to the job related factors listed above, we also try to emulate and implement into our work, the Charter of Compassion developed by Karen Armstrong. This Charter which states that Compassion lies at the heart of all religious, ethical and spiritual traditions calls on us to, in addition to many other tenets, to   “ honour the inviolable sanctity of every single human being, treating everybody, without exception, with absolute justice, equity and respect”
